This movie fit just in with the Like Comes Softly series. I couldn’t wait to add it to my collection. It’s a very emotional realistic movie about the pioneer days and what women went through to give birth. I loved it!

Like all road pictures, AWAY WE GO is about a couple in their early thirties trying to look themselves (and what kind of home and family they want to do for themselves) through a round of visits in the sixth month of the pregnancy. I’ve never been a ample fan of Dave Eggers, but the script that he wrote with Vendela Vida is a intellectual one. The structure of the film is simple: Burt (THE OFFICE’s Jim Krasinski) and Verona (SNL’s Maya Rudolph) have moved to a slight, frosty house entirely so that they can live advance Burt’s parents.
